Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://www.virtual-forms.com website and the Virtual Forms (the “Product”) operated by WinPIS j.d.o.o. (“us”, “we” “WinPIS”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Product is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Product.
By accessing or using the Product or Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access or use the Product or Service.
Information collected at purchase
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Product (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your First Name, Last Name, Company Name (Optional), Country, Address, City, Postcode, Email.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle issues the Payment Receipt at the moment the payment transaction is completed as proof of full or partial payment and can also include associated taxes paid. Well, we will ask why you do not like the product, but you do not have to answer.
To get a full refund within 30 days of receiving the license key, simply send us an email to [email protected] (or contact us in any other way) and provide us with the OrderID that you have got with the purchase so that we know where to return the money.

Note that the 30-day period ends exactly 30 days from the day on which the account was originally activated (not the day the order was placed). It is not valid towards account renewals. The Money-Back Guarantee is VOID if your account violates our Terms of Service or any of our policies in place. Setup fees are non-refundable. External services, such as but not limited to, dedicated IP addresses, installation charges, etc., are non-refundable.
Outside of the Money Back Guarantee, WinPIS has a no refund policy.
Account credits issued to accounts are not eligible for a refund and will remain on the account for one (1) year after the last account is canceled. If the service credit is not utilized within that time frame, said service credit is forfeited and You hereby agree to release WinPIS from all liability for use of such service credits.
Cancellations are processed by our Billing department. To cancel an account, a cancellation request via the client area must be submitted.
WinPIS reserves the right to change prices or any other charges at any time. We will provide you with at least thirty (30) days’ notice before charging you with any price change on any annual or longer-term plans. It is your sole responsibility to periodically review pricing on our website and billing information provided by WinPIS through the client area or through other methods of communication, including notices sent or posted by WinPIS.
Any account not paid in full by the end of the Term will be given a one (1) day grace period. If payment is not made within the one (1) day grace period, WinPIS reserves the right to suspend your Services. WinPIS reserves the right to terminate Services ten (10) days after the payment due date.
WinPIS is not responsible for any damages or losses (including any data) as a result of suspension or termination for non-payment of your account. In addition, WinPIS reserves the right to refuse to reactivate your Services until any and all outstanding invoices have been paid in full.
All services provided by WinPIS may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data, or material in violation of any law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and another statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless WinPIS from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party.

WinPIS has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that WinPIS shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
System Resource Usage
If WinPIS’s system administration team determines that an account is utilizing an unacceptable amount of system resources, WinPIS may temporarily deactivate the account in question. If WinPIS’s staff deems necessary, an eviction notice may be sent to the customer of an offending account providing them with seven(7) days in which to either upgrade to other product recommended by WinPIS staff or locate a new provider. This only occurs in extreme cases; WinPIS will do all it can to assist customers prior to this scenario.
WinPIS will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. Because of the nature of this provision, each account will be considered and analyzed individually.
WinPIS performs nightly backups of hosting accounts; however, these backups are for WinPIS’s administrative purposes only, and are in NO WAY GUARANTEED! Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups on their own personal computers. WinPIS does not provide any sort of compensation for lost or incomplete data in the event that backups do not function properly (even if the malfunction was due to negligence on WinPIS’s part). We will do our best to ensure complete and accurate backups, but assume no responsibility for this duty. Always back your project, files, and databases up to your personal computer! We make no guarantees about the availability of backups.
At WinPIS, we always treat our customers with the utmost respect. In return, we expect the same from you. If our staff feels that you are consistently addressing them in a demeaning or rude manner, your account may be suspended and you may be asked to take your business elsewhere. In the event that we terminate service for support abuse, customers will be given ten (10) days notice prior to termination.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
