How to buy?

On the Purchase page, choose the products you want to buy and add them to the shopping cart. You do this by simply clicking on the Buy button next to each product.

When you click the Buy button, you enter the shopping cart – this is on a secure https:// type page. Here you can view or update the shopping cart.  

If you need more than one copy of the same product, please repeat the purchase process. Once you are done, click on the Checkout button and proceed with entering the billing information. Here you can also view the content of the shopping cart, including individual prices and totals.

Please fill in carefully all information required in the order form. A very important aspect is the e-mail address where you will receive all details about your order, together with your license key and future notifications from WinPIS (the company behind the Virtual Forms) and Avangate.

You can then choose between several payment methods and finalize the order.

At the bottom of the shopping cart don’t forget to fill out the field “Enter the Registration ID*”. In this field please copy paste the Registration ID that is shown to you by the registration utility. This is important because every copy of the product is bound to a single Computer.

What happens after I place the order?  

After placing the order you will receive immediately an order confirmation via email. The license key information is delivered via email at the specified email delivery address in a separate message along with special instructions on how to use it.

Depending on your payment option, you should receive from Avangate and WinPIS at least 2 emails containing the payment receipt. If you didn’t receive anything from us, please check out the Spam folder.

When will I get the purchased key?

While we are in Early Access stage of development we are still building our automatic Activation server. We apologize and thank you for your understanding because the keys are delivered manually, so your key will be delivered to you within a few minutes up to a maximum of 72 hours.
If within that time you have not received our email with your key please contact us.

 How can I cancel an order?  

To cancel an order placed in the Avangate system, you must contact Us by opening a support ticket on the Support page or by sending us an email at [email protected]

What is your refund policy?

WinPIS (the company behind Virtual Forms) offers a 30 day no questions asked money back guarantee. 

If you have registered your copy of purchased item, we only need from you the “Destroy License Key”.

Why do I have to pay VAT?  

Avangate acts as a reseller of our products. According to EU regulations, all customers located within the EU are required to pay VAT unless they have a valid VAT ID, in which case they are exempt from VAT.

As per the new set of European Union regulations for VAT that came into effect starting January 1st, 2015, all of the purchases made through Avangate by EU shoppers will be charged a VAT rate according to the customer’s country of residence or establishment. 

In addition to VAT adjustments, please be informed that sales made by Avangate to customers established in Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, Israel and Turkey (outside of the EU) are subject to each country’s VAT.
